    As a User, you have the right to obtain a restriction of processing from Tans if any of the following applies:

    Tans' processing appears to be unlawful and you do not wish the personal data to be deleted;

    The deadlines for responding to your requests may be extended under exceptional circumstances, which shall include the complexity/multitude of your requests. To this end, Tans shall notify you of such extension together with the reasons for the same, within one (1) month of receiving your request.
