Tans processes your personal data in order to provide the functionalities of the website correctly and intuitively and, where necessary, to respond appropriately to your requests.
The CiDe processing of data that you provide by using the website is done exclusively for the following well-defined purposes:

As a User, you have the right to obtain a restriction of processing from Tans if any of the following applies:
You dispute the accuracy of the personal data;
Tans' processing appears to be unlawful and you do not wish the personal data to be deleted;
Tans no longer needs your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you still need them for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim;
Tans must assess the presence of the grounds for erasure of the personal data and during this period.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time on account of reasons relating to your specific situation. Tans shall thereafter cease processing your personal data unless Tans can invoke compelling legitimate grounds for processing your personal data which outweigh your right to object.
