This in-house development project unites two urban functions: retail and accommodation. The lower floors offer 4,500 m2 of retail space, with reputable fashion chains such as Esprit, Fnac, and Stradivarius contributing to the appeal of this famous Ghent shopping street. In addition, 114 hotel rooms designed by the French chain B&B Hotels further expands the accommodation on offer in the city while simultaneously enhancing the liveability of the city centre, both during and after shopping hours.
